Mystery as spiral blue light display hovers above

This is what I believe a space portal /time warp would look like....Dont laugh, this happen not far from the LHC......also i beleive this displays is made more brilliant and colorful by the ChemTrails..increasing the reflectivety in the Ionsphere.....
