Great question!! Who does benefit.... trade is up 3200 percent in five year!!! since the 2001. This the same as what is happening in Brazil and Vietnam... you would think with all the War and strife Drug crops would be destroyed  in the heat of battle!! Kill the people..Kill the farm animals..Kill everything JUST do't hit the DRUGS>>>>>>
